Company History

Gulf Coast Bag, inc. is a 75 year old company located in Houston, Texas.

Gulf Coast Bag is owned and operated by two brothers (3rd generation) and one of their sons (4th generation) who have a long family history in the textile bag business. Originally from New York City, their father/grandfather was one of the owners of one of the largest textile bag companies in the New York area. Through expansion, first to New Orleans and than to Houston the brothers were each working in the business at a different location. Finally in the year 2000 an opportunity presented itself for consolidation of the different locations and the three brothers were united in Houston.
